Registration on-site will be open from 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Sunday 10 August 2008, and on subsequent days.The Welcome Reception will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, also on Sunday 10 August 2008. Technical sessions will occur between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm all day on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and between 8:30 am and noon on Wednesday and Friday.The conference tour will be on the afternoon of Wednesday 13 August 2008 to the Udvar-Hazy Center of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum:

The Conference Banquet will be between 7:00 and 10:00 pm on Wednesday evening 13 August 2008.The conference will end at noon on Friday 15 August 2008. A graphical depiction of the Conference Agenda is given below.

All speakers will be asked to load their talks into the conference computer one hour prior to each session from a USB drive or CD. Personal laptops will not be used for projection of presentation graphics. Facilities for mounting poster papers will be available 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with the period from 5:00 to 6:00 pm being the Poster Session.
