The negotiated room rate for the conference is $160 per night, to which will be added about $24 in taxes. The reduced rate is available for the nights of 9 August through 17 August. Making hotel reservations is a responsibility of individual attendees.

The hotel is located within walking distance of many places of interest, as well as being a 10 minute walk from Union Station, the major railroad station for the area and the site of a Metrorail Station.
