Registration for the Conference

The web site of Capitol Meeting Planning will be used for conference registration. It is available at: Registration Web Site

The registration fee for the entire conference is $700 until 11 July and $800 after that date.  This fee will include all sessions, the Welcome Reception on 10 August, breakfasts and lunches for Monday through Friday (except Wednesday lunch), the Conference Banquet on 13 August and the Conference Proceedings.

One-day registrations will be $250. Two-day registrations will be $350.  The one- and two-day registrations will include the sessions for those days, breakfast(s) and lunch(es) for those days and the Conference Proceedings.

The Conference Tour on the afternoon of 13 August to the Udvar-Hazy Center of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum will cost $20 for the bus and a box lunch.

The Companion's Tour to the Leesburg VA Outlet Mall for shopping during the day of Tuesday 12 August will cost $20 for the bus.

Payment for the Registration Fee and the optional outings must be made at the time of registration with a credit card or by mailing a check to Capitol Meeting Planning at the address given on the Registration Web Site.

The Registration Web Site will permit attendees to state their dietary or other specific needs.
